[BUG] Double navbar in the allDoctors page

Description

Currently there are two navbars in the all Doctors page , which is a major bug and needs attention immediately.

Actual Behavior

Expected Behavior

There should only be one navbar in the each page .

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

1. There is already a header and footer in each page
2. So having a footer for a page again is making no sense
3. I will remove that footer.
