Mobeleaseapp License Agreement

This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are proprietary to Madhur Jain ("Owner") and may only be used under the following terms:

  1. Grant of License: Owner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for non-commercial purposes.

  2. Restrictions: You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software without prior written consent from Owner. Any use of the Software for commercial purposes must be explicitly authorized by Owner.

  3. Copyleft Requirement: If you modify the Software, you must ensure that any derivative work you create is also licensed under this agreement. This requirement extends to the distribution of the modified software.

  4. Ownership: Owner retains all ownership rights to the Software. You agree not to claim ownership or authorship of the Software.

  5. Withdrawal of Permission: Owner reserves the right to withdraw the license at any time, for any reason. Upon notification of license withdrawal, you must cease all use of the Software immediately.

  6. Disclaimer: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
