correct update from immich

Maybe two stupid questions, but how to update immich correctly.
I have installed immich via portainer stack.
I update immich by stopping the immich container and then recreate with pulling the current image. That also works.
My question is, what about the remaining containers “immich_machine learning”, “immich_redis” and “immich_postgres”? How are they updated? Also via recreate?
My second question: As you can see in the picture, I am using the current version 1.117.0. But what does “source” and “build image” mean? Why are there still “old” version numbers in there?

Everything looks normal. You can try remove all images related to Immich, then run docker compose pull and docker compose up again

If you want you can make backup of server
