fix spliceAI container #325

There is a problem with the SpliceAI container.

On SRV023 the script finishes after 4 minutes, but on SRV012/SRV013 the script hangs forever:

php /mnt/storage2/users/ahsturm1/megSAP//src/Tools/an_spliceai.php -in spliceai_in.vcf -out spliceai_out3.vcf -threads 6 -build GRCh38

I will send you the input VCF via email, as it cannot be attached here.
