I think we should introduce some sort of error statement into the ISoilUtils::computeGQHBackbone object for the case where the user inputs some combination of theta_1, ..., theta_5 which results in theta (line 119) being greater than 1. According to Simplified Model for Small-Strain Nonlinearity and
Strength in 1D Seismic Site Response Analysis, it is a requirement that the model-fitting function be less than or equal to 1.
