Can we please update to latest version of libphonenumber-js as the currently used version cannot handle area codes like 983 for US.

@iamstevendao This issue is also valid for legacy version, so could we update it in both branches please?

P.S. Ideally, the libphonenumber-js should be a peerDependency, so users can install newest versions themselves maybe?
