For complicated generators, building with vs without compiler optimization can differ between minutes vs hours.

This should be a simple change in https://github.com/ia-toki/tcframe/blob/master/scripts/tcframe#L20

Actually it's already possible via TCFRAME_CXX_FLAGS. See: https://tcframe.toki.id/en/stable/topic-guides/spec.html#compiling-spec-file. Maybe we can include -O2 in the default compilation command 🤔
