Move depth/disparity/colormap generating code to matcher class #50

Currently, calibration data is stored in AbstractStereoCamera class so 3D calculation have to be handled by this class. This should be moved out to instead reside in AbstractStereoMatcher class.

Some of the generic functions for converting disparity to colourmap and findining min max disparity have been moved to cvsupport class
