Refine hiring process

Success criteria: Produce a hiring workflow and post it to the handbook.

Create text to include in job posts re: only selected candidates will be contacted, etc.

What tools can we use to make the hiring process more manageable, especially when there are a high number of candidates to sort through.

Best websites to share technical job positions.

What tools can we use to make the hiring process more manageable, especially when there are a high number of candidates to sort through.

Greenhouse is the recruiting SaaS tool that I'm most familiar with, having used it previously to hire engineers. It might be too heavy for what we're looking to do - I'm not sure.

Hiring (esp engineers) is an area that I have a lot of experience with and would be willing to help design/iterate!
