Generate Issues & Milestones from outcomes of Workshop

I have posted the results of the workshop in #9.

@andrearosasco, @StefanoBerti, @vigisushrutha23, @xEnVrE can we start populating this repository with issues from the list?

We might want to divide it up based on responsibility; I can take Code, Control, and Grasping.

I've added new Labels so the issues can be sorted from the project tab:

• Required (i.e. minimum requirement)
• Performance (i.e. Performance driver)
• Extra
• Unnecessary

Are we gonna assign the issues to a category (code, control, etc.) using milestones? In that case, could you create them, or give me permission to do it?
