semantic-ui or bootstrap

Have you guys thought of using semantic-ui or bootstrap for the ui? I've added semantic ui to an older version of this code and it looks pretty good while reducing the amount of css. It's also responsive (looks good on mobile devices) with the following in the head tag

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0">

The viewport tag has since been added to the client!
