Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When there is custom imagery used in projects on the HOT Tasking Manager, it is only possible to select from a drop down list for the required license. These licenses are however not of use for the specific imagery that we are using. Is there a possibility to add a custom license as well?

Describe the solution you'd like
If using custom imagery in a Tasking Manager project, allow for adding a custom license as well.

Additional context
See screenshot below for how it looks today. Ideally here there would be a possiblity to upload another license.
