Describe the bug
While filtering the submission on submission table view page by Review state both at a time doesn't show any result.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make sure the project has submissions

  1. Go to 'submission table page'
  2. Apply the filter for submission state
  3. See error

Expected behavior
The filter should be functional

Update: Only applying received review state filter is not functional
