Add VIP support

VIP Support Feature Description:

• Initial Interaction:

When a user clicks on VIP support, a page appears requesting their username.
After entering the username, a button labeled "Open Telegram" appears, leading the user to a pre-defined Telegram group.

• Subsequent Interaction (if the username already entered):

If the user has already entered their username and clicks on VIP support again, two buttons will be displayed:

Open Telegram: This button will take the user to an existing Telegram group.
New Request: This button will prompt the user to enter their username again to create a new chat.
