Markets tab: easier access to total stats screens

0.39 redesign introduced a ticker line at the top of the Market tab instead of the Overview tab and chart widgets as in the previous version. It looks cool, but:

1. You can't see dynamics at a glance now without opening the corresponding statistic (as it was possible with the overview widgets before)
2. To access specific statistic, you now have to wait for the ticker to scroll to specific item, and only then you can click on it to open full stats.

Possible ways to improve this experience (as I see it):

1. Make ticker bar scrollable by hand (solves problem 2)
2. Bring overview tab back. It doesn't have to be default tab, and ticker bar could still be present when any other tab is selected. (solves both problems, but may not be in line with latest design decisions)
3. Same as 2, but instead of a separate tab, make ticker bar expandable with vertical swipe and put widgets there (solves both problems, and I think it fits perfectly with the new design, but might be harder to implement)
