Devnet UI stops at block 64 #1301

Describe the bug

The Devnet terminal UI crashes and stops answering after block 63

To Reproduce

  1. Start the devnet (with or without use_nakamoto)
  2. Observe the block being mined up to 63
  3. See the UI getting stucks
  4. Open the explorer (http://localhost:8000) to see that everything else seems to be properly working

Additional context

Could it be caused by the switch from tui to ratatui in #1266?
