Pretty print contract interfaces in clarinet console #1291

The clarinet console display the available contracts and their interfaces (on start and with the ::get_contracts command).

If the functions are too long (eg. many arguments), the are printed on multiple lines and break the layout.

Multi line should be properly handled an pretty printed

example with the pyth project
