It'd be more clear for test files to have the same name as the Hedera requests that the files are outlining.

In order to keep tests, test-specifications and epic consistent we have to refactor hedera-sdk-tck/test/account/ (similar to docs: Update the names of the test-specification markdown files) as follows:

- [ ] test_AccountInfo.js -> `accountInfoQuery.js`
