Tags views shows posts ascending but should be descending

This should be easy to fix but I cannot find the function controlling the posts displaying old posts first vs new first. Looked everywhere so would be amazing if someone could even point me to the file.

Thanks Kenny! Yes I found this file but still cannot find any way to fix this behaviour. Can this be fixed?
