60/70 have no explored zones, 80 has explored all.

Gonna need to use some variation of

player->SetUInt32Value(PLAYER_EXPLORED_ZONES_1)

Pretty much every existing instance of it uses an offset of some ilk, gotta figure out what that's supposed to be for.
