Add deprecated/removed apis in k8s 1.26 to mapping

Some APIs are removed in 1.26, can we update the mapping file? Thanks!

@mmingdai There are 2 aspects to this. Firstly, the default mapping file is configurable at runtime. Therefore, anyone can update with new APIs to the list. Secondly, the community push PRs adding APIs to the default mapping file that they feel are used widely by Helm charts.

In conclusion, lets add to the mapping file APIs that will feel are widely used by Helm charts and not just niche. It makes the file more manageable. If you think some APIs should be added, then feel free to push a PR.
