Found this report on discord and can confirm the behavior, unfortunately cannot provide any details as the Bobcat miner is more or less closed. Would be happy to help you by checking some logs, if you know to look "inside".
Most probably the docker for the miner is restarting every 30 minutes related to getting a new public IP. This behavior will disappear after reboot.
