Run SimCity 2000

First download and extract the current SimCity 2000 Portable repository, then

Method 1:

Run SimCity2000Portable.exe
Answer y to automatically download all game files from archive.org

Method 2:

Insert your old SimCity 2000 CD
Run SimCity2000Portable.exe to automatically copy all game files from your CD drive
