I know we have functionality in Python for BIDS directory. Can we have similar one for EEGLAB/Matlab?

This is possible but will not be trivial to implement on the webservices side. It can be easily done if you are using the version that calls the Python tools. We will keep this as an issue and put it on the TODO list.
