Support Vault's AppRole authentication

Support for Vault's AppRole authentication.

I have searched some keywords like approle, role_id, and secret_id and it seems this topic has not been discussed. Is envconsul willing to support Vault's AppRole (or not)?

I would have thought that the way to do this would be to run a local Vault agent, and use cache { use_auto_auth_token }. Then you can have envconsul talk to localhost
