Given Hanami::Assets.source was removed in 2.1.

The csrf_meta_tags call doesn't seem to work anymore either.

I see https://www.npmjs.com/package/hanami-assets exists but there doesn't seem to be a hanami-assets equivalent for NPM, maybe you can recommend an alternative on the README @jodosha?
