Abandonware or active development?

Is this project being worked on or is it abandonware?
Seems like nothing has happened with it for years.

Would like to add some feature requests of stuff that I feel it needs. But I’m not interested in using something or wasting time creating feature requests on something that is dead.

Also, it has some bugs that needs to be fixed. But no use creating bug reports if they aren’t gonna get fixed (saw that there was a few issues added that was old and no response)
