No - only can configure some specific heater specific settings. It would be great to know if the MIOB sent a "heat" command to the heater or if its disabled.

I actually would love to combine it with another AP I installed in my cellar... in order for example to add a single entry in my 8button remote just to disable security in that AP, without buying a dedicated remote (i got there via IP over 220v devices...modern apartment have the lines on the same power meter... therefore I got no wifi signal in there, very poor mobile internet too)

Sorry I don't know where you can find this in hoobs, but you can just install the library via pip (see readme) and run it from there =)
