Deploying website - Update GitHub Action workflows must be selected

This is not a bug, but a suggestion that you might want to mention in the book that in order for usethis::use_pkgdown_github_pages() to successfully install the webpage docs in the Github repository, the Personal Access Token must have been created with the "workflows" option selected. If not, there will be no error message, but the files will not appear in the gh-pages branch and the website will not load. Thanks for such a great resource!
