No log de erros do nginx aparece a mensagem " 413 Request Entity Too Large" para arquivos de mais de 4M. Foi alterado no arquivo /etc/nginx/sites-available/NOME-DO-SITE.conf o parametro client_max_body_size para 100M e o problema persiste.
