  • It seems that marking an atom's asset as active publishes the atom even if the atom has not been previously published. This looks like confusing behaviour.

  • In general, we might want to think more about how to streamline the publishing step. @akash1810 suggested that while the transition from a preview to a publish atom should happen as a result of a button press, any edit made to a published atom should be published immediately.

  • We will need to talk to editorial to confirm what the desired behaviour is
