ClipCentric adverts interrupting sticky behaviour of US banner #12619

When a ClipCentric advert is run on the page, the sticky behaviour of the US Banner no longer works.

ClipCentric are a third-party rich media vendor that create ads for us that run in the US.

The commercial team (Alex Amoui) are looking into this: https://chat.google.com/room/AAAAkCZwbMg/Ku_50wXmqZI/Ku_50wXmqZI?cls=10 . This might be something that ClipCentric can fix and will require no change on our end.

I have been unable to reproduce this issue on either of the last two days. It is probably not worth the time investment to investigate this further.
