Facing issue while running boilerplate tool in windows.

Describe the bug
Boilerplate tool is not working in the windows machine. Same is working fine in the Linux and Mac.

To Reproduce

1. Download the boilerplate tool to windows.
2. run this command after the adding the template url , var file and output folder location.
   .\boilerplate_windows_amd64.exe --template-url '.\boilerplate/blueprint/infra' --var-file infra_vars.yml --output-folder 'C:\Users\Downloads\test' --non-interactive

Expected behavior
Boilerplate tool should work and create a folder structure in the windows machine..

Additional context
Same steps are working fine in the Linux and Mac.
