HighestModseq not working

Is there planned mock for MODSEQ in the near future?
Specifically, I have a problem when testing a folder. Imapstore does not recognize CONDSTORE capability and I can not get HIGHESTMODSEQ value from IMAPStore.

javax.mail.MessagingException: Cannot obtain HIGHESTMODSEQ;
  nested exception is:
	com.sun.mail.iap.BadCommandException: CONDSTORE not supported
	at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPFolder.getHighestModSeq(IMAPFolder.java:2835)
