Homepage Redesign

Since the README for goplus has changed a lot. We should redesign homepage (https://goplus.org/) for goplus correspondingly.

If possible, preparing an i18n programme may make it easier for more people to get to know the go+ language.

@uiuing That's a reasonable advice. Maybe it's better tracked by a standalone issue, as README_zh for goplus is not ready yet. I created a new issue here #66

• Get Started 这块感觉太靠后了，不够突出
• For engineering、For STEM eduction、For data science 这个不用展开，只保留前面的 slogan 就行。但 slogan 有两行，看怎么缩短为一行
• Applications 需要进行归类，首页上每个类别不要超过两个，尽可能是相对产品级一些的，比如 Dragon 这种就不太合适。另外需要有一个单独的 Applications 页面进行每个分类的展开。首页的例子通过 More 或者点例子进去到 Application 那边
• 记得之前我们做个一个在线跑 Go+ 代码的页面，后面这些 App 可以考虑可以在线点运行（一期先不用提供）

@xushiwei 这个是特意放到最后的模块，考虑在浏览完页面上的信息之后额外给用户一个开始的入口，不至于让用户看完了不知道接着去哪儿；而在页面上方，不管是 slogan 下边的按钮，还是导航栏中的链接，都已经是快速开始的入口了

slogan 下边的按钮可以考虑调整成两个：1) Download 2) Quick Start

另外需要有一个单独的 Applications 页面进行每个分类的展开。首页的例子通过 More 或者点例子进去到 Application 那边

那 slogan 还是用现在线上的版本？线上版本是

The Go+ language for engineering, STEM education, and data science

少了几个单词，但是意思差不多

类似 Go 的板式设计，但 slogan 用：For engineering, STEM education, and data science。
Get Started 高亮，重点突出。

For engineering: working in the simplest language that can be mastered by children.
For STEM education: studying an engineering language that can be used for work in the future.
For data science: communicating with engineers in the same language.

这段可以放在类似 Go 的 Key feature 这里。

@xushiwei 重新调整了下设计稿，看下是不是可以？改动主要是这几个地方：

1. 最上面的 Slogan 缩短为 For engineering, STEM education, and data science
2. Slogan 下的 button 改为两个 1) Get Started 2) Download，前者高亮
3. Slogan 下的 For engineering、For STEM eduction、For data science 三块内容干掉了（没有放到 Key Features 里，因为这仨跟别的 Key Features 并列放逻辑上稍微有点别扭）
4. Applications 分类进行展示，目前会链接到 gop repo 的 README 对应内容，后边有单独的 applications 页面了再改成链接到单独的 applications 页面
