Hello!

I am using the manifest pattern to manage building a set of applications and it's working great. One thing I have a question on, is there a pattern to have a library that is shared across a couple applications. The idea would be similar to nx affected where if the library changed, it'd also flag other affected applications needing a tag.

If there's nothing out of the box, how would I approach implementing my own strategy to achieve this?

Thanks!
