Decide on a workflow for the data transition from ICL array data to the repository. Possible options are:

  • Integration of the Java client into CarbArrayArt. Load of the data and metadata to CarbArrayArt. Submission using CarbArrayArt
  • Batch upload using files and folders. Preparing a folder structure with the experiments to upload. Implementation of batch upload script (Sena?).

For the second option we will have to agree on the folder structure, file formats (especially for metadata). We should document this in the GitHub wiki system.
