Not able to add a publication (Pubmed ID) in the Lipid - Generic Information

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Lipid'
2. Select 'Sequence Defined' -> Next
3. Enter 'SLKDGVPOSSLUAI-UHFFFAOYSA-N' in the InChI Key, and fill other parameters based on the InChI Key -> Next
4. Enter 'DHPE' in the name
5. And, not able to enter anything in the publication section.

@yukie-a In order to add a publication, you need to enter the pubmed id in the field first and then click + afterwards.
@sujeetvkulkarni If you click + without entering a number, we are currently showing "An unidentified error has occurred. Please be patient while we investigate this." at the top. This should be handled differently.
