Coverage is broken

Code coverage reporting for freud has been broken for almost 6 months on CodeCov. There are further problems now due to the fact that Cython's coverage module makes assumptions about the build process that are invalidated by scikit-build (there's an open discussion on this in the cython-users mailing list).
