Very interesting, and just at the right moment that GH introduced this feature.

I activated it in the settings:

and used it to create https://github.com/mast-eu/test directly from the web page. Worked flawlessly.

We should write a HowTo, starting from Use this template and explaining everything a new plugin author needs to modify (plugin name and description, author and company names, etc).
