Is it possible to assign two roles to one user with the SAML okta integration

I have setup the okta saml integration with Redash, but can only get one role to be applied at a time to any given user that the okta tile is assigned to. I have enumerated values for both custom roles in the okta profile editor but only one can be assigned at a time. It seems as if one okta group overwrites the other. Is this even possible, or can only one role be pushed at a time and enforced with a custom okta attribute?
