Any way to hide query level parameters on a dashboard with dashboard level parameters enabled?

I have a multi-select which when I check select all goes off the screen with all the names (many options but it's necessary to be able to select from one, multiple or all.) This is irritating on the dashboard panel but manageable as I can just scroll down. The problem is when they are duplicated on the queries themselves it pushes the actual chart down out of the container so it is impossible to see without having the graph be comically large

Is there any way to hide the query level parameters from the queries themselves and have them only visible from the dashboard filter section?
