Deploy docs on google

I have an initial site building here: https://geologytoolkit.appspot.com/. Once we decide on a name, we can put it on the geosci.xyz domain

geophys-toolkit (Geophysical Toolkit for Geologists is kind of the going name for the package)
geointerp-toolkit
mdrugif-toolkit

Probably good if we keep it somewhat general so we can expand upon later...

Of these, I am partial to interpreterToolkit, or just toolkit.geosci

I think toolkit on its own is potentially vague (is it a software toolkit? toolkit for interpretation?). I also hesitate to name it by the research groups (GIF and MDRU) as that limits the potential pool of contributors. I also like interpreterToolkit or interp-toolkit here are a few other ideas

• interpretation.geosci.xyz
• gtg.geosci.xyz (geophysical toolkit for geologists)... probably a bit too close to the gpg
• itk.geosci.xyz (interpretation ToolKit)
