PyGeoAPI and GeoDjango Provider

Dear PyGeoAPI community,

what is your take on a GeoDjango (https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/5.1/ref/contrib/gis/) data source?

I'm also wondering if anybody may already have tried that - it could also work right now by connecting both GeoDjango and PyGeoAPI to the same spatial database using, e.g., a Postgres provider (https://docs.pygeoapi.io/en/latest/data-publishing/ogcapi-features.html#postgresql).
