Refreshes Dev Tools window not the browser window

Recently the plugin has started refreshing the developer tools window in Chrome rather than the actual browser tab that is open. Not sure if this is a Chrome, Mac OS or Sublime issue. Sharing it here in case anyone else has noticed this. Whenever the plugin is fired and the dev tools is the last clicked Chrome window (common during debuging), then a new tab is opened with the URL:
