Add original txt/spreadsheet files and Biom files to the darwin Core Archive?

I believe the original uploaded (user provided) files as well as the BIOM files should be included in the DarwinCore archive, or what?

I wonder whether it makes sense when every dataset already have all files publicly available from the repository:

Maybe it is more clean to leave DWC as DWC and then link to other files?

Sure. A clear link (from within the tool) to the repository is fine.
