Can we do this in the tool by calculating abundances etc pr marker - or should we be able to group datasets sharing eventIDs in GBIF indexing?
This may be a higher level discussion on event data. If several sampling methods produce separate datasets linked to the same set of events (plots, sites), do we want them lumped into one big dataset, or would we need something like a "dataset series" that indicates a "set of datasets", sharing eventIDs ?
Or could we use parent events to link across datasets?

We will recommend to link datasets with different primer assays by projectID. This is given in the metadata section. Should be emphasized in the UI and added to the usage guide
