My cohort has 47 samples, some of which I only have data for one parent. In the .fam file, I have missing parents entered as 0. When running linkage with this file, SEQlinkage thinks this '0' is a parent if I have a sample name enetered for the other parent, and fails on the basis that this parents' data is missing. Is there a way to enter a single parent that is compatible with seqlinkage?
