Hii,

I'm a very very beginner in bioinfo and using Docker is new for me.
I've installed Docker engine only, bcs my machine doesnt allow Docker desktop.
Seqlink seems to run correctly
seqlinkage ok

However, I try to test it using testdata, but
1- some arguments in commands are not recognized. Maybe I am working in a different version?
2- files are not found. Where test files would be located?
seqlinkage 1

I want to work with my own exome data, but I also dont have a blueprint file. Seqlinkage documentation says there is a default file. Also, where could I find it? I'd need to convert to GCh38 using LiftOver

Thank you!!
