Hi there, I was wondering if, regardless of the type of mouse dataset, the same Hi-C data is used for validating peak-gene links? Also, when it comes to eQTL validation, are the eQTL datasets for human and mouse data the same? Additionally, I noticed that the metadata file from data/chip/ENCODE/TF-mouse appears to be empty after downloading.
I'd greatly appreciate any insights you could provide on these questions. Thank you very much in advance!
